RESPONSIBILITIES: --- Application support and administration of two docbases: EDMS 98 and Documentum 5.2.5. --- This position is located in Monroe county, NY - 585 area code but requires some minor travel to Somerset county NJ ? 908 area code --- Will coordinate with personnel located in (Somerset county ?908 area code) NJ. --- Respond to alerts from system monitors --- System outages scheduling --- Problem solving with DQL or other Documentum tools --- Handle phone calls and emails from end users --- Logging problem tickets.
