Clearquest Administrator in New York, NY

This individual should have the skills to be the primary ClearQuest administrator on a project with more than 100 CQ users as well as work within the Rational Admin team on other applications. This individual should also have the ability to carry out projects to completion without consistent oversight as well as interface with customers to determine issues and changes needed. This individual should have experience in the Change Management world and have a good grasp on all fundamentals of change management as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment as part of the Change Management Team.
