Excellent communication skills are needed, as you will be interacting with both internal users and external clients. To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you must possess AT LEAST 2 years experience working as a helpdesk analyst at a law firm, strong MS Word (including advance features), PowerPoint and Excel skills, and experience in Deltaview, Rightfax and VNC Remote Access. The ideal candidate should also possess some desktop support experience; including setting up PC's and hardware, troubleshooting printers and other hardware, and ghosting computers.
