We are currently seeking an experienced Manager of Patient Management/Patient Accounting with extensive client relations experience to work in a large Health System managing the team leads that support PMPA. Primary responsibility is active management of the teams responsible for the daily operations of the Invision Patient Management, Patient FMS & Keane Patcom systems
Products in place include Siemens Invision, Eagle & Keane Patcom. The Manager of PMPA will be responsible for client relationships, resource management, and HR responsibilities and will apply knowledge of healthcare and clinical applications to assist in the implementation and maintenance of Hospital Information System products.
Specific responsibilities include:
*Define, document and manage tactical plans for groups
*Work with Health System executives to do strategic planning
*Escalation point for critical systems issues
*Manage budget for teams
*Work with senior level customers to support business strategy and system support to meet the business needs
*Senior level client relationship management
*Enable , enforce account procedures
*Work with account leadsership to define, support & monitor policy & procedures
