As a Analyst, Business Systems, you will need to provide analytical and technical support for various projects under the Group Risk IT Systems. These systems/applications will be supporting the CFSSDP Project; a HSBC Group Strategic Initiative intended to enhance credit and finance related systems and processes within the Group.
The job-holder’s immediate responsibilities will include participation in a team responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of releases for the CARM for Banks system.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Creation of specifications for various components of the CARM for Banks application.
- Technical Analysis will be needed for troubleshooting defects identified during the testing phases of the CARM for Banks implementation.
- Interaction with other members of the project team during design and testing phases. Experience: This position requires:
- Minimum of three years Information Technology background particularly with small to medium scale projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, related technical field or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical background including Java, Java Servlets, Java Server Pages, HTML & Javascript
- Desirable - XML, Websphere and MQ
- Proficiency in design, analysis, and testing techniques.
