The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in order to determine how to solve any technical issues that arise. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should be able to have the patience to work with unskilled and highly-skilled PC users, and the ability to make a quick and clear decision in accordance with the company policy. <H3> RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS: </H3> <ul> <li>3 years plus of Desktop Support experience <B>REQUIRED</B>.<BR> <li>Must be fluent in both English and Japanese.<br> <li>Advanced knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Windows 2000/XP operating systems.<BR> <li>Advanced knowledge of remote access applications. Proven computer hardware troubleshooting ability including.<BR> <li>Experience with troubleshooting Printers (both network and stand alones &#150; HP/Cannon).<BR> <li>Applications supported include: Outlook, Office XP\2003, and hand-held devices (Blackberry, Treo, etc). <br> <li>Able to solve network connectivity problems, understand TCP/IP protocols, and be able to let higher levels of support know specific technical issues in detail.<BR> <li>Creating ghost images from scratch and deploying new machines with images a plus.<br> <li>Administration of Active Directory, including GPO, setting up AD servers from scratch.<br> <li>Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, WINS.<br> </ul> <font color=maroon> The ideal candidate should be able to start immediately. <BR><BR> Salary to be based on experience. <BR> To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
