Job Description:
Oversee daily operations of web and other electronic products, maintain/enhance existing products and coordinate the development of new products featuring credit research, bond ratings and related financial data
. Monitor web-based product performance and functionality
. Diagnose, report and resolve technical and data/content issues in a web environment
. Track bugs and coordinate the implementation of fixes
. Oversee development and rollout of product enhancements
. Interact with customer service/sales to resolve client problems/issues
. Respond to product related questions raised by sales/marketing/analytic staff
. Manage development cycle and coordinate launch of new products which includes responsibility for creating the required documentation, testing and rollout
. Coordinate and assist in product User Acceptance Testing
. Maintain and execute test cases and scenarios
. General project management support activities to include meeting facilitation, tracking of risks and action items, project planning and scheduling, etc.

. Understanding of online product development best practices
. Ability to quickly grasp complex business and technology problems and drive them to resolution
. Must possess excellent relationship building, leadership and team management skills
. Expertise with Access/Excel/PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Acrobat, Visio, HTML, FTP, Sybase, SQL
. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
. Excellent interpersonal skills
. Education/Experience: Graduate/Undergraduate degree in Information Management/Technology or related discipline preferred. 2-3 years experience in product
