Network Support Administrator to work fro an Information Technology Service Provider. Provides technical support to the customers Troubleshoot network problems and affect LAN recovery following outages or service interruption. Completes scheduled maintenance for multi-server/multi-platform networks. Provides system administration for email systems. Provides network administration on UNIX, DOS/Windows, and Macintosh platforms. Provides administration and support for all networking protocols. Responsible for installation and maintenance of multi-platform networks. Implements and supports LAN/WAN communications, e-mail services, system and network security. Experience: call for details, Windows XP 2000, Microsoft Exchange 2003, Blackberry, Routers, Switches, IP Telephony, Citrix, Migration knowledge.
