The responsibilities for this position include but not limited to: - Managing all in-house marketing and related administrative processes - Preparing marketing proposals, creating brochures, and related material - Coordinating proofing and placements of ads - Liaising with Corporate and Regional Marketing - Managing the office’s marketing budget - Taking digital photos of properties - Uploading photos onto internet, MLS, and other related systems - Entering and updating listings in MLS and company database <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of related experience, strong leadership skills, strong computer skills (especially in Photoshop, InDesign, and similar programs), excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to perform tasks in a timely manner, and pays attention to details.
