Provide general lab technician assistance and support for MICROBIOLOGY GROUP. Conductstandard microbiological tests on beverages and ingredients. Assist in conducting
microbiological challenge studies of beverages and ingredients. Coordinate Lab Quality
Control program. Prepare media and reagents for general lab use. Assist in maintenance
of microbiological culture collection. Effectively communicate standard test results
to partners/clients. Maintain accurate records and documentation. (BS Biology with
course work in general microbiology preferred)
