Key Accountabilities: - Actively manage Equipment up to three projects. - Developschedule and communicate cross functionally on project details. - Create/manage
Timelines, Budgets, and Quality on assigned Projects. - Build strong relationships
with internal and external partners. - Work closely with Product Development, Global
Procurement, Operations and Marketing to ensure proper testing and effective deployment
of technology. - Research and identify new technologies for Equipment. Skill SetsBS or Masters in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - 4-6 years experience in
Food Service Equipment or Appliance industries - Experience working in a Connect
and Develop environment. - Ability to support cross-functional teams and key customer
presentations Analytical thinking; lays emphasis on teamwork; strong communication
and presentation skills - Results driven individual - Ability to develop business
cases for Projects
