Project Manager





Terms:



Contract to Perm 6 months to possible perm.


Responsibilities

Ø


Project Manager is responsible for deployment of a document management product license to a well known large client in upper Midtown NY on client site.

Ø


The Law firm has over a dozen offices in the US and several international. They will have 3500 users.

Ø


You will be the project manager for the possible 2 Interwoven Technical consultants onsite and the client's internal technical team.

Ø


Deployments will run 2 days to 10 days some international travel will be required.

Ø


This person will manage the day to day logistics of the product implementations.

Ø


This person will create the software implementation task Lists, project plans and daily check lists to execute on the design sessions, user acceptance and deployment of the Worksite product in the client's environment.


Requirements

Ø


Must have 3 to 4 years of Project Management experience.

Ø


Microsoft Project Experience

Ø


Great if they have worked with document management implementations, not a must.

Ø


Must have strong scheduling and customer interaction experience

Ø


Must understand the stage of a software deployment lifecycle

Ø


Must have strong attention to detail.

Ø


If they have exp with legal firms or accounting firms as clients that is great.

Ø


Must have excellent verbal and writing skills.

Ø


Need to have managed an implementation or deployment a software product.
