GlobalView Implementation Specialist in New York, NY

Our client located in NYC is currently seeking a GlobalView Implementation Specialist for a 9-12 month assignment. GlobalView is ADP's premier offering for multinational and global companies seeking a global Payroll and HR service solution from a single source. GlobalView is a hosted, global offering for payroll, human resource management systems and related services, powered by the SAP ERP Human Capital Management platform Strong large scale HR/Payroll implementation experience Payroll/HR experience, preferred. Knowledge of SAP's HCM Solution is desirable. Experience managing customer relationships with large multi-national organizations. SUMMARY SAP ADP GlobalView implementation. This system will be deployed in the United States, Canada and the UK. - Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. - Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. - Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. - Demonstrates expertise with SAP, Human Resource Systems and preferably ADP's GlobalView - Implement Organizational Management, Performance Evaluation, Manager Self Services and Time Keeping (E-Time) modules. - Integrate workflows lost with the migration. - Liaison. Experience Level: 5+ Years Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS - This person would be an expert on SAP with experience in deploying ADP GlobalView or other large performance management systems at large corporations. - Successfully completed several very large SAP/ADP GlobalView implementations. - The person would also need to be skilled in vendor management preferably with ADP and be able to track and resolve system and process issues.
