3rd Shift Tac Engineer in Syracuse, NY

This person will be the first point of contact in support of routers, switches, IP phones, and some T1's. Must respond to system alarms, reset servers, determine if switches or routers need to be replaced, order parts, communicate issues to clients. All equipment is Cisco (6600, 6509's etc). Cisco certification, particularly CCNA is highly desired. Experience: All candiates must be able to pass a stringent criminal background check.
