Job Objectives
The Client Services Representative is the primary point of contact for all Client issues relating to Fix connectivity and application management. He or she will be responsible for issue resolution, implementing escalation procedures when appropriate and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will be expected to provide this service utilizing best practices and the highest levels of professionalism.
Job Responsibilities:
