Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated is looking for a Executive Support Analyst to fill a contract position at a customer site in New York City, NY. This is an assignment through December 2006.All candidates submitted must have a minimum of a Bachelor's DegreeProblem solve hardware and software issues on all systems, with specific focus on special needs of executives and their assistants, i.e. laptops, blackberry, remote email setup, issues relating to business travel (esp. internationally) and other specific issues relating to executive job functions. Responsibilities include the following: hardware upgrades on client systems; software installs on client systems; configuring client system to work with Ethernet network; printer setups; configuring and setup of all new systems; and tracking and inventory of all computer systems. Maintain good customer relations for department. Escalate issue to next level of support if necessary. Requirements:

2-4 years of hands-on computer support experience. Minimum 1 year experience in support role for clients at the executive level. Progressively responsible work experience in a technical support environment. Advanced understanding Windows2000/XP Operating systems, MSOffice software, Client/Server environment, TCP/IP protocol suite, LAN printing and networks, remote dial-up hardware and software. Must understand needs of the business. Must demonstrate strong customer relation and training skills. Must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills with emphasis on strong written documentation skills. Must demonstrate strong technical, research, and analysis skills. Must actively assist in knowledge transfer to both the Helpdesk and clients during contacts. Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.
