This consulting assignment has an immediate start.Info Technologies has attained preferred vendor status at many top insurance, pharmaceutical, financial and telecommunications companies in the New York / New Jersey metropolitan areas including AIG, Goldman Sachs, Merck, Pfizer, Verizon Wireless and many others. We have 150 consultants currently on with offices in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.Our financial client is looking for is someone with a solid technical background, specifically in web-based systems, and experience in information architecture and GUI design. The job is to come in and evaluate the user-interface for all their key analyst facing systems (Document Creation, Workflow, Preferences Management, Coverage data maintenance, Distribution monitoring, etc.), understand where they can be improved (for ease of use, clarity of design, intuitive process flow, etc.), develop prototypes for review/iteration with the business, and document recommended changes into a functional specification for the development teams. The key is proven experience in interface/GUI design and information engineering as well as enough understanding of the limitations of web technologies.
