*Candidates must respond with the Tekmark job number, 53435 in the subject line* NYCAPS Functional Design Team Lead : Reporting directly to the NYCAPS Project Manager (ISG) with the widest latitude for independent judgment and a high degree of accountability, the NYCAPS Functional Team Lead will be responsible for managing the NYCAPS Project Team analyzing the business requirements and documenting system specifications. Project scope of the NYCAPS project includes: an installation and customization of PeopleSoft HR and Benefits modules, modification to legacy applications to support concurrence with the PeopleSoft, conversion of data from legacy systems, and interim and long term system to system interfaces. The manager will provide direction and guidance to the Business Analysis Team under his / her domain, which includes functional support for Human Resources, Benefit Administration, Conversion, Interface and Quality Assurance. The NYCAPS Functional Design Team Lead will be responsible for the following functions for the business analysis team: Software Development Life Cycle ManagementResource / Project Planning and Management Functional Design OversightTransition to Application Maintenance Project Team CoordinationPeopleSoft Baseline Maintenance Analyzing business processesQuality Assurance Developing User Requirements Integration and UAT Testing Requisite Experience: At least 2 full SDLC implementations (12+ months each) of PeopleSoft HRMS as a manager will full responsibility for functional and technical design tasks including: business requirement gathering, end user documentation, online and batch interfaces, quality assurance strategy, scripting and testing. Collaborate with the Technical Application Team Lead, Configuration Manager to support conversion, development, build, configuration tables' maintenance, system testing and implementation.
