The Professional Services group typically deploys a team consisting of a Project Manager, Accounting Specialist and Product Specialist.
Working together, this group of well-versed industry leaders implement and service the client base with consistent solutions, including training, implementations, upgrades and a plethora of other value-add offerings to help optimize operations.
Responsibilities: ? Construct, facilitate and deliver internal and external training in a highly professional manner.
? Able to assist Project Managers to eliminate risks and increase the likelihood of project success through the provision of information, advice, guidance and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
? Ability to provide second level support
? Provide client support in the areas of design and implementation. Experience: ? Experience in Middle and Back office Capital Markets Environments.
? Solid understanding of the implementation, development and customization process.
? Ability to interface with business experts to understand loan trading, operational and reporting requirements.
? Solid understanding and practical expertise to provide clients with guidance, design and implementation consultancy though the following services:
? Impact Assessment - to determine business process and accounting change requirements for clients.
? Education Assessment - to determine clients training needs in Commercial Lending
? Functional Analysis & Design - to understand and interpret client business into operational workflows, and system tables
? Application Configuration - to configure tables and modules to meet the design requirements in middle and back office loan operations.
? Data Conversion & Transformation - to convert and align data from potentially disparate sources into a single source to meet the design requirements for clients in the commercial lending and syndications business.
? Excellent working knowledge of Financial Industry standard interfaces such as SWIFT, in particular those in Loan trading, Originations, Syndications, and Commercial Lending.
