POSITION DESCRIPTION • Facilitate the successful adoption and implementation of Global Risk and Compliance Technology solutions within the Firm??s diverse business communities;
• Plan, develop and deliver communications, training, and customer service to stakeholders,
• Coordinate change management and customer support to stakeholders
• Coordinate legal, privacy and risk issues of applications
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure technology and process adoption
• Produce statistical reports with executive summaries;
• Define and develop new processes.
• Calls on other references and resources as necessary.
• Ability to work in a virtual environment with a global team Experience: ?X 4-7 years experience in a professional/client services capacity, emphasizing communication, documentation and general business analysis
?X Strong analytical reasoning
?X Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with diverse cultures
?X Ability to create training materials and deliver training
?X Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
?X Bachelor??s Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
