My client needs an experienced IT PHONE SUPPORT professional. You will provide employee support including installing and configuring software and hardware on desktops and laptops, and troubleshooting activities to correct errors and other issues. PREVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
