CCI is currently looking for a Help Desk Analyst to work with a Fortune 500 company in Hopewell Junction, NY.
The position is a Full-Time, 4 day/10 hour shift. The schedule, after training, will be Thursday through Sunday from 10:30pm to 9:00am.
This position requires a minimum of 6 months of experience working in a Help Desk or Technical Support environment. It also requires strong working knowledge of Windows 2000/XP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint,) Email applications (Outlook or Lotus Notes), general networking, VPN clients, remote access and the ability to quickly learn new applications.
The starting salary will be between $12.50-$14.00 per hour, plus benefits are available.
