A Global Investment Bank is seeking a Project Administrator to support project plan administration and status reporting for Financial Life Services Operations.

Responsibilities:

. Provide hands-on support in managing project plan updates and coordinating program deliverables for Call Center Build out, setup of new Brokerage Operations, and coordination with key partners.
. Assist with tracking and rollup of Operations plan tasks into the overall Program Management Office, and general house-keeping of all aspects of project administration.
. On weekly basis prepare and publish extracts from MS Project that allow recipients to easily view tasks that are overdue or at risk of becoming overdue, as schedule dictates.
. Meet with task owners at least weekly to obtain status updates for the plan. Review accuracy of completion status, dependencies and successor tasks.
. Consolidate updates and escalate to Business Admin manager those updates that indicate slippage to plan, and the projected impact.
. Capture new issues and risks for Operations task owners into the consolidated Tracking Databases.
. Follow up on status of all open issues and risks ahead of weekly reviews.
. Use Powerpoint skills to prepare various status reports, from high level summary reporting to more granular status, as need dictates.

Experience: Requirements:

. Possesses excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word primarily).
. Working knowledge of MS Visio considered a plus.
. Knowledge of the Brokerage business or operations is desirable, so that the updates and tracking tasks have context for the project administrator.
. Experience with rollout of technology projects is preferable (in any domain or business), so that the incumbent has an understanding of the logical sequence of many of the tasks reflected in this plan.
. Strong written and verbal communications so that status reporting will be clear, unambiguous and concise.
