Business Analyst <br> <br> Our client, a downtown based specialty insurance company, has an immediate need for a Business Analyst on a long-term consulting to hire basis. The Business Analyst will be a key member of enterprise level projects that will be evolving current applications in more next generation solutions. The Business Analyst will gather customer and user requirements and deliver appropriate solutions from the development side. The BA will write work flow charts and diagrams. The BA will work closely with the web development team in gathering and analyzing requirements for the new development systems. The Business Analyst will also act as a liaison between the technology and business teams, working daily with developers, publishers, product managers and marketing managers. The candidate will also play in active role in providing input on web development solutions and assisting with Quality Assurance, QA. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:<br> -Experience with data analysis and technical writing.<br> -Some technical and Quality Assurance background preferred.<br> -Database skills with SQL Server is a plus.<br> -Experience with MS Visio and Project strongly preferred.<br> -Knowledge of the software development life-cycle is a huge plus.<br> -Working exposure in an application development environment.<br> -Insurance background required.<br> <br> <br> MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATLEY.
