JOB TITLE: Transactional Tech
START DATE: ASAP!
DURATION: Temp-to-Hire
LOCATIONS: Newburgh, NY
WORK HOURS: Per call basis
COMPENSATION: $25 per call l for calls under 50 miles. $30/call for calls over 50 miles
( A minimum of 4 to 5 calls/Day)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Our client needs A+ or Dell certified techs to perform Dell Warranty work at client locations. You would perform basic break/fix and part swaps. Techs are required to have reliable transportation and cell phone . The Techs will represent a client company running calls throughout the local area to businesses in need of Dell Warranty repairs.
Repairs can include replacing hard drives, motherboards and in some cases printer parts.
Technicians will be required to start at the client location to pick up tickets and warranty parts. They will run their calls throughout the day and return all closed tickets.
Technicians will be representing the client company, so professional appearance is mandatory.
Note: It is important that you have face to face experience working with clients and must have a strong break/fix background on laptops and PC's
SKILLS: A+ certified or DELL certified
