Sr QA Analyst in NEW YORK, NY

- Work with Trade Services group to manage Charles River test projects to sucessful completion<p> - Develop, publish, and implement test plans<p> - Assist in the definition and validation of business and design requirements in order to define testable requirements<p> - Assist in the development and execution of appropriate test strategies to efficiently and successfully validate business objectives<p> - Ability to develop, debug, execute and maintain test automation scripts is highly desirable<p> - Help to develop workable test processes and procedures using quality assurance standards<p> - Report and track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.<p> - Provide written and oral status to peers, development and business groups, and various levels of managements <p> Experience: - 3 years experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or tester<p> - 2 years hands-on experience with the Charles River Order Management System<p> - Knowledge of financial business sector, mutual funds or banking business<p> - Experience in Systems Analysis and functional design a plus<p> - Excellent written and oral communication<p> - Working knowledge of the Project Development life cycle <p> - Working knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and practices, including Verification and Validation strategies, defect reporting and problem resolution<p> - Knowledge of various platforms, including NT, Unix, as well as Client/Server and internet concepts<p> - Knowledge of relational database concepts, and familiarity with SQL<p> - Familiarity with NT, UNIX and/or Solaris environments<p> - Knowledge of programming concepts a plus<p> - Experience with Test Director or other test repository tools desirable<p> <b>Please send resume to </b><p> To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
