I. Summary of Position Coordinate and manage Internet-based project plans working with multiple assigned Company business units and divisions. Focus on one of the following areas; Internet system development or enhancements; web-site content and application development and/or or Internet channel, and customer segment management. II. Principal Accountabilities 1. Work closely with eBusiness management and appropriate business units to identify and scope out project plans to enhance and manage the Company’s Internet-based systems and web site. Interface with appropriate departments, assists in the coordination and development of staff and requirements for technical Internet projects, enhancements and modification initiatives. 2. Employ effective Relationship Management skills and interface with business unit management from assigned areas of the Company to develop detailed functional and technical specification documents and project plans for assigned eBusiness projects. Dialogue with web design personnel to develop and enhance web-site functionality, content and applications as required. 3. Work with appropriate departments, to develop and manage detailed project plans that culminate in the delivery of end to end Internet based solutions for assigned customer segments. Ensure project, compliance and regulatory standards are followed at all times and that projects are completed in a timely, cost-effective manner. Ensure operational risk issues are identified and managed to minimize risk. 4. Identify enhancement opportunities for the eBusiness delivery channel of assigned businesses to respond to changing market and technological conditions. Research alternative, prepare business cases for management approval and coordinate implementation of cases approved. 5. Support the implementation of Internet based systems by participating in User Acceptance Testing and reporting test cases where system does not meet user or functional standards. 6. Serve as eBusiness planning consultant to other areas of the Company as required. 7. Perform other duties as required. Provide management direction to foster effective selection, development and reward of subordinates while contributing to initiatives in support of the Company’s Diversity programs. 10. Provide Relationship Management support for 3rd party vendors that interface to the Bank’s Internet Banking applications. This would entail 2nd level on call support for critical application issues that are based on issues experienced by 3rd party vendors. 10. Complete other related duties as assigned. Experience: III. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities This position requires an individual with: * A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing or related field and a minimum of two to five years proven and progressive project management experience or equivalent, including exposure to mainframe, marketing and web technologies. * Solid project management, planning, organizational, lateral thinking, time management and communications skills; proficiency with personal computers and pertinent Internet-related systems; detail-orientation; the ability to work in a team environment with a strong customer focus, work with various levels within the organization, meet established deadlines and deal with multiple, changing priorities; and strong business and marketing focus.
