Integrates all contributing functional areas across the firm in the planning, execution, control and implementation of the project. Individual will be responsible for: Supports pre-Governance project scheduling, estimating, and business case preparations. Deploys project management principles and techniques directly and with the support of Project Coordinator(s) in sufficient rigor to establish and maintain control of the project. Tailors the use of specific project management techniques to each assignment (e.g. emphasizing risk management, or change management). Organizes and leads the project team through the initiation, planning, execution, control, implementation and closure phases of the project. Reports status to the sponsor, and escalates changes, issues, risks for resolution when needed. Negotiates with resource managers to acquire the resources necessary to produce the project on time and within budget. Manages third party vendors providing project specific support or software customization. Typically this is accomplished by working through the vendor's project manager. Key Skills: Experience with annuity systems and annuity products. Enterprise solution management and deliver experience (4+ years) Experience with real time and batch processes.
