Robert Half Technology is currently seeking a Help Desk Client Support Associate to provide 1st Level troubleshooting and support for all technical user issues. Responsibilities include responding to AS400, Windows, and Novell and peripheral equipment related problems. The ideal candidate will be accountable for all call details and complete ticket (incident) creation into the call tracking system, proper call categorization and routing (escalation routing as required). Accountable for incident closure and any follow-up contact between the support desk and the end user. Must be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift schedules.
