The analyst documents, monitors and reports predictable, repeatable processes in the disposition of testing and quality assurance, testing tools and automation and other items affecting change to production systems and processes. Personnel will execute tests and monitor the disposition of Trouble Tickets, Change Request, Software releases and fixes, enhancement, new product testing and software quality assurance.
Primary Job Duties:
Participates on Corporate Project Testing Team. Duties include execution of manual and automated tests, review of test plans and reporting of test defects Responsible for testing trouble tickets, change requests, sales force automation tasks, and request for services. This includes running test scripts, Microsoft Access queries and data validation. Monitors defects and reviews for root cause analysis. Responsible for the maintenance of benchmark files used in testing. Involved with the continual improvement of test processes and automation to in turn provide improved quality assurance and reduction in testing cycle time Responsible for the quality assurance and testing of member Identification cards
Experience: Required Skills:
Basic proficiency in MS Office products, specifically Excel and Access
Excellent time management skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
Required Experience:
Associates degree or 1-2 years work experience in a similar function required .
Minimum 1 year experience in a claims processing, customer service (health insurance) or coordination of benefit environment required.
