Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or greater) from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Accounting/Business Administration/Management Information Systems.
Minimum one year accounting business systems work experience or suitable advanced degree required.
Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience can be substituted for education requirements.

Job Description:
Assist clients via telephone and modem with questions and problems related to products and services.
Test bug fixes and code changes made to the software to assure the quality of the code and that there are no negative impacts the code change had on the overall system.
Perform integration testing to assure new releases are stable and to find problems before the release is commercially released.
Analyze those issues that require review beyond the general question stage.
Run tests in an attempt to duplicate a reported problem and report any
duplication to appropriate personnel.
Document time spent on assignments. Report elapsed time for each piece of work along with an activity description, job, and cost code.
Submit time sheet weekly
