Basic Function:Supports Commercial Servicing Operations for all projects by attending meeting, written business requirements, testing, procedure development, internal and external training and communication to our business partners.Responsibilities:The Project Analyst II would represent Commercial Servicing Operations in all project meetings, defining business functional requirements, development of training and implementation of final projects.This position is also responsible for:Assisting in the development and coordination of test plans and scripts.Performing client testing for routine to complex processes to ensure proper system functions.Coordinating all testing activities with IT business analysts and system vendor.Providing daily post installation support and troubleshooting assistance and ensure feasible resolution for problems/issues.Providing consultation services to clients, technicians and Bank departments relating to the basic functions of supported mainframe or distributed applications. This may also include the review of system capabilities, operational procedures, forms, marketing materials, or cost analysis.Training of new employees regarding basic system functionality. Potential training of internal and external business partners.Working with internal business partners on best practices and client satisfaction.Responsible for organizing Commercial Servicing employee activities.Manage our public content (Intranet site, reference materials to the outside business units, etc).Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years college degree or 4+ years professional experience in related environment.Requires strong analytical skills and communication skills.Detail oriented, self-motivated, takes initiative to learn new skills and enhance overall knowledge.Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project).Must possess strong written and verbal communication.Ideal Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree.Systems or operations experience in commercial loan systems, AFS, Datalink and Commercial Leasing.Able to work effectively with client personnel in various organizational positions.Able to handle multiple tasks in support of various assignments.Must be able to quickly grasp new concepts.Asserts ideas and encourages teamwork.Must possess strong time management and organizational skills.Has the capability to train both in group settings and one-on-one settings.
