CDI is looking for an Application Developer in Endicott, NY
Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions :
Project description: CDI is looking for Application Developers with 3-5 years of experience in ICM development. You must have konwledge and experience in ICM (Intelligent Call Manager) programming and production support. Significant experience in routing, queues, adding PG's and management of them. Experience in a TAC environment for production. CTI; designing, developing CTI applications and programming support. Also required for this position is 5-7 years experience with SQL, Cisco, Visual Basic, C and C++. Work can be done remotely but person must be an experienced ICM developer.
