The position requires:<br>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<br>
- Service Availability and Performance: Ensure that all service availability exceeds the committed SLA with customers and continuously improve the services to guarantee the level of service and increase customer satisfaction<br>
- Business Continuity and Recovery procedures: Implement required procedures and plans to ensure business continuity in case of failure or disturbance of services<br>
Customers Support: Ensure all US customers are getting adequate and on time support that comply with SLA and achieve customer satisfaction. Be the contact person in the US for our international support team. Products are a range of financial software solutions.<br>
- Conduct required operations to ensure service availability. <br>
- Implementations: Successfully implement all new customers in adherence to the developed standard implementations and operations procedures.<br>
- Services Enhancement: Identify and report weaknesses and needs of existing and new services to continuously improve availability, performance and competitiveness. <br>
- policies and procedures: Adhere to procedures, policies that covers security, implementation, support and change management in compliance with vendors guidelines and security accepted standards and best practices <br>
- Documentation: Make sure that Documentation are updated and reflect the current status of customers<br>
- New Services: participate in designing and implementing a competitive new offering and services to address customer’s new requirements in-line with the company strategy and budget. <p>
Internal Duties<br>
- Maintain weekly and monthly reporting to management<br>
- Recommend improvements to customer communication and implementation and support processes and procedures<br>
- Maintain effective communication on all technical and non-technical issues with other offices.<br>
- Deliver technical training as needed<br>
- Keeps accurate and complete notes and documentation on all assigned tasks.<br>
- Work with managements to determine and achieve departmental objectives and priorities.<p>

Experience: Strong Knowledge in Networking and Security <br>
Good knowledge in Cisco PIX and Cisco ASA<br>
Good Knowledge in Juniper security products including SSG and SA <br>
Good knowledge in Windows 2003 <br>
Certification in Cisco is a must <br>
Certification in Juniper is a plus <br>
Willing to learn and work on Swift applications<p>
