Software ArchitectNew York, NY12 monthsSenior ArchitectExperienced Senior Architect wanted to participate with a senior level cross-functional team to drive the architecture of a new highly complex Identity and Access Management system. This position is also responsible for the oversight and direction of integrating existing Investment & Advisory (I&A) divisional systems into the new user authentication, authorization and administration system to enable business propositions. This architect will help drive the design and drive the integration of existing product. Contractor will be working in a Matrix team across division. Duties Include:Formulate the architecture of a Identity and Access Management systems to enable I &A business goals while working as part of a multidivisional design teamLead the architecture for the successful integration of new and existing systemsDrive the engagement across multiple development teams within the I&A divisionDrive the requirement feasibility assessment from business teamsDrive technical design and implementation. Proactively raise issues if specification will lead to quality, system performance, or architectural issues in productionDocument and present to appropriate teams the logical and physical architecture required to address business requirementsParticipate in technical design reviews, functional specifications reviews, and contribute to development project estimates, scheduling, and test plansMinimum Requirements:10 years experience of architectural design with practical experience in the following areas:Centralized authentication servicesSingle Sign-On(SSO)- Enterprise SSO; Web SSO, Cross-domain SSO; Exclusive sign-onAccess Control- Role-based; Rule-based; Entitlement managementUser directory services- Directories, Metadirectories; virtual directoriesUser data management Preferences, Settings, Documents, MigrationUser administration- User provisioning, Password management, Profile management, Self-service, Delegated administrationSOAP and REST interface technologiesxHTML and AJAX GUI technologiesProven track record of delivering large complex projects in an architectural role Excellent communication skillsWell versed and abreast with the latest technologies and data architecture concepts in the industryTop Required skills candidates must have:Access Control- Role-based; Rule-based; Entitlement managementUser Administration experienceSOAP and interface TechnologiesMust be able to easily White board (Use a white board to communicate design to team)Highly Desirable:Experience in a financial environmentExperience in use of agile methodologiesExpertise with messaging and integration technologies (eg IBM WebSphere, MS Biztalk, Oracle Fusion, TIBCO) Education requirement:Bachelors Degree To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
