We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in New York City, NY. Job Responsibilities: The Project Coordinator role will be responsible for the administrative duties that support the Perot Systems’ Client Executive, Delivery Manager and Operations Manager for one of our NY accounts. Duties will include: Assist in creating the monthly invoice for client Assist in providing monthly financial reports to Perot Systems’ account management Monitor reports and discrepancies in P&L, A/P, and F/A Assist with budgeting / annual revenue forecasts Create and manage Task Orders Create and code vendor invoices Maintain compensation files requests and changes Maintain organizational alignment Assist with center events and employee morale / reward programs and budgeting Will be the Records Retention Coordinator, Industry Time Keeper, People Programs Coordinator, and Fusion Coordinator Manage the account internal communications email distribution list Manage all Corporate Purchasing Card expenses Maintain accurate staffing details Assist with account functions Creates and statuses project schedules with assistance Provides input to, and prepares status reports for the project or program Interfaces with internal and external customers to dispense information on the project or program Assists in preparation of proposals, presentations, and demonstrations Becomes familiar with the field of project management, and learns Perot Systems’ Corporate procedures and processes for use in future assignments Required Skills: Excellent PC skills including utilization of full suite of Microsoft Office products (Advanced MS Excel, Power point, Word), Windows 2003 + Experience with extracting, sorting, reviewing large amounts of data via financial spreadsheets Ability to communicate well with executive client staff and team members Must have a dynamic personality, a strong work ethic and convey self confidence Ability to apply sound judgment in all situations Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be flexible and able to multi-task, as well as manage multiple calendars Desired Skills: Experience with financial data Minimum Educational Requirements: High-School Degree College degree or 3 + years work experience in corporate environment * Relocation is not available for this position More about Perot Systems At Perot Systems, we are looking for candidates that have a high level of integrity, are tenacious and can thrive in a team environment.
