Network Services/Support Consultant in Fishkill, NY

Description The Network Services Consultant will be part of the tier 3 group that provides support for both tier 1 and 2 organizations tasked with supporting and managing data/voice services: EVPN, MIS, MRS, AVTS, IPT, VOIP, INCS etc. The incumbent will be responsible for providing trouble ticket resolution, diagnosis and repair of complex network issues; technical guidance to other organizations and tracking customer tickets. This role woll cover multiple service lines on a global scale. The role requires good customer facing skills and contact with both support organizations as well as clients.
