PMO LEAD in New York, NY

Must have specific experience running similar projects at other investment banks. Business Units include but are not limited to Equities, FX, Prime Brokerage, Asset Management, Risk Management, and Fixed Income. - Support the Technology Transition team in defining, collecting and presenting management information that clearly identifies transition targets, progress being made and issues that have arisen. - Reporting to Technology Transition Business Manager based in New York, candidate will be responsible for operating and improving the existing report suite used by the management team. Once weekly & monthly reporting processes have been firmly established, responding to ad hoc requests for analysis and presentation will be a significant part of the role. Candidate must have expert level MS Office experience (ACCESS/EXCEL/POWERPOINT) - Liaising with the various technology teams within T&O and the Technology Transition Program Office. - The role requires extensive thought leadership experience, the ability to communicate across multiple businesses at all levels, creativity in developing presentations and attention to detail. - Will manage one junior team member to ensure delivery of required reporting. Candidate will be expected to mentor that resource to develop their skill set.
