JOB DESCRIPTION: The Configuration Specialist will configure the forms required for the clients initiative. As part of this configuration, the Configuration Specialist will create the data dictionary, implement the business rules, and customize the look and feel for usability. This role is responsible for the following activities: 1. Collaborate with subject matter experts, functional lead, and business analyst to define best configuration 2. Collaborate with system administrators and subject matter experts to map business process to TIENET form templates, guided actions, child templates, and profiles 3. Establish form templates and section templates for various federal, state, and local forms 4. Configure template security 5. Resolve issues identified during testing including user acceptance testing 6. Deploy, manage, and promote configured forms to various environments 7. Make minor adjustments to forms based on end-user feedback during evaluation period 8. Provide administrative support to project work stream Candidates must be very familiar with hand-coding HTML and have a basic knowledge of programming/scripting concepts; including JavaScript.
