Serve as second-level point of contact for end-user support issues for internal customers. Handles routine day-to-day problems regarding PCs, blackberrys, cell phones, wireless cards, etc. Efficiently manages the help ticket queue. Acts as a primary backup to the senior tech support analyst and the print queue operator. Assists with the back-up tape procedure. Orders, tracks, and resolves all issues dealing with blackberrys and cell phones. Responsible for the submission of invoices to Accounts Payable. Ordering and tracking of hardware and software. Learning the basics of telecommunications (phone/voicemail setup and disabling). Assists if required in the annual disaster recovery test. Salary 40-55K depending on experience.
