Our client in Rochester , NY has asked us to fill a full-time, newly created position in their IT dept: Director of QA. The requirements are .- US Citizenship or Green Card- Your family is excited about moving upstate New York- 10 years of QA experience- 2 years as a QA Manager or Director (hire/fire, budgets, etc)- You must have QA experience for a software company - Use of automated testing tools- SDLC (you must have Waterfall and/or Agile) BOTTOM LINE: This is a software company. As the Director of QA, you will manage a staff of 13 and 1 Manager. The QA dept is yours to run. COMPENSATION: $85 - 110K base full benefits.RELOCATION: Very little. At the most, they will pack and ship your household goods. They want us to find someone in the area or from the area and looking to move back home.
