Consultant needed to provide oversight and management of portfolio of 100+ applicationsacross Corporate application portfolio.Consultant will be driving the strategy for vendor mangement with respect to application versioning,migration paths and overall system roadmaps.Consultant will also own the process to "Keep applications current". As such,on a continual basis, the consultant will size and estimate AOP and non-AOP projects to upgrade or replace aging assets within the application support teams and PBSG services to determine the optimal mix and timing of application upgrades,migrations and retirements. Job Description: Design strategy and standards to measure and achieve system'curency'with respect to application versioning,underlying component software and hardware as well as 3rd party tools and integrations. Among other tasks:Collaborate with vendors to understand best practicesCollaborate with baseline teams to discuss impactPartner with business to garner supportDrive above standards thoughout Corporate group,br Partner with existing baseline teams and management to conduct a gap analysis of current v. standard Quantify and estimate project(s)needed to close gap Maintain variouos scorecards to support management oversight of fit to standard as well as overall system health Develop necessary materials in support of AOP and STRAT horizonsDevelop standards for 3rd parties (SaaS/ASP)to maintain.
