We are seeking a Corporate System Administrator who will be the primary Exchange Administrator for our corporate messaging platform. This position will also administrate all Corporate Windows and Linux servers. Perform 2nd & 3rd level troubleshooting with Networks and Technical Support Operations teams, Administration of all corporate mobile technology assets. Duties and Responsibilities: . Maintains and administrates our corporate infrastructure including servers, desktops, IP phone system, backups, printing, and file storage. . Administration of our Exchange platform 24x7 with a 99.9% SLA . Work & resolve trouble tickets assigned to Corporate IT queue to include Active Directory, DNS, SMS, NAC, HR Investigations, WIKI, IT Asset tagging, and capacity planning . Provide technical mentorship to Desktop Support personnel . Perform Lunch & Learn training for staff on new technologies or product enhancements. Perform weekly new hire IT orientation . Adhere to Change Control practices and procedures, accompanied with strong project interaction with the Techops, Networks, Product Development, and Technical Support Operations teams . Partners with our Security department to ensure compliance and perform 3rd party and internal auditing . Directly support Executive's laptop computers and mobile technology devices. . Assures timely completion of projects and responsibilities . Takes regular on-call shifts to support the corporate environment . Documentation of process and procedures, and contribute towards writing corporate IT policies . Other duties as applies What you'll need to bring to the table: . 4 year degree in Computer Science or a combination of related experience and education. . 3-5 years of current hands-on related technology experience in an environment of 300+ users 24x7 environment . Excellent written and communication skills at all technical levels . Microsoft and RedHat Server Administration Certifications strongly preferred but must be able to engineer, build troubleshoot, and administrate Windows and Linux servers independently. . Proven ability to be flexible and work hard in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities. . Must have a "Customer" first attitude. **No third party vendors or 1099 contractors.
