We have an immediate need for a Windows Desktop Developer who has experience in C++ development, object-oriented design and system analysis experience. **No third party vendors or 1099 contractors. All candidates must be able to join Ajilon on a W-2 basis with no restrictions** The job opening will be focused on people with the Windows background - they would like candidates that have more experience with the newest platforms like Vista and maybe Windows 7 vs XP. Key things to focus on to fill this last job: . Candidates will have to talk about their multi-threading background. . Have they worked on commercial applications? . Do they know Vista and/or Windows 7? Client will ask questions that will pull out if the candidate knows the difference between the two (Vista/Windows7 versus XP) . Candidates need to explain the work they have done, specifically at the coding level. May perform one or more of the following: research, design, development and/or implementation of computer based control systems. Participates in the design phase of new system to help define product features and systems capabilities. Must have ability to: design subsystems, provide technical guidance to other programmers and engineers, develop test data, monitor subsystem testing, interface with multiple client contacts, including users, and work independently. Must have good communication skills and the ability to work in a changing environment. Leading project teams or acting as a senior individual contributor.
