Working knowledge of traditional and agile development methodologies and how/when to apply them. General knowledge of systems (eg various programming languages, databases, system and network architectures, design patterns, etc.). Strong hands-on technical skills including Winforms development, C#, database design and SQL Strong team-leader and peer with excellent communication and written skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage expectations, priorities and focus in a rapidly evolving environment Technical degree (BSCS, BSEE or similar) required.What you'll be doing:On a daily basis, the Software Engineering Manager manages and maintains the product lifecycle including definition, development, deployment and administrative responsibilities of each product introduced into our Framework Suite.
