Senior Business Systems Analyst in Melville, NY

Working with an Excel-based application to perform Incentive Compensation plan calculations and reporting for Capital One Bank employees. Very strong Excel skills are required, preferably experienced in SQL and data analysis. Responsibilities: Manage Incentive Compensation plan processes and development on a daily through annual basis. Partner with internal business groups to determine Incentive Compensation plan calculation and reporting requirements and provide data analysis support. Communicate directly with senior level management within the various business segments of the Bank. Provide guidance concerning Incentive-related projects. Experience: Basic Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree • At Least 2 Years experience with MS Excel and SQL • At Least 1 Year of experience in Business Systems Analysis and Design Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in MIS, Engineering or Business •2 Years of experience in Banking and/or Incentive Compensation Perform ad-hoc queries and analysis • 5 Years of experience in MS Excel, SQL • 2 Years of experience in Business Systems Analysis and Design Capital One will not file non-immigrant visa petitions for alien workers.
