Salesforce.com (SFDC) Consultant in New York, NY

Our client based in New York requires an experienced Salesforce Consultant to assist with business analysis and configuration of the Salesforce.com CRM packageBusiness Analysis & Configuration of SalesForce. Analysis to review the existing client information available, identify gaps between this information and client servicing requirements and use this analysis to configure equivalent screens in SalesForce. Where gaps are identified, further investigations will be undertaken to identify relevant sources of missing client data and create all required business rules associated with this data. This analysis should include a usability study to assist with configuration of new client service screens. Financial Services experience will be desirable but not essential.
