Responsibilities:- Develop a professional network for online students and business professionals- Build clean, self explanatory and well-documented code- Work in a diverse integrated environment of open source technology, including Linux, SQL, Ruby on Rails, OpenACS and Object Oriented PHP- Develop, deploy and maintain integrations among existing enterprise systems and new partnersMust have skills:- Must have BS or BA in information Technology, Computer Science or related field- Must have expert knowledge in HTML, AJAX, SQL and CSS- Must have expert level knowledge in two of the following languages: Tcl, Ruby, Perl, Python, PHP, Lisp, C, C++ or Java.- Strong skills in building modular software with Object Oriented Design as well as experience building traditional procedural libraries- Experience with Unix command line skills, with systems administration experience on Linux, Solaris and BSD (preferred)- Must be able to work on-site in Jersey City, NJThis company offers an excellent base salary ($60K-$75K DOE) and an annual bonus plan.
