Web Programmer (Job #9688) in Flushing, NY

We have a client in need of a Web Programmer to help finish up a project. Expected duration is just 2 weeks. They are looking for a web programmer to work with their programmer to complete their website. It's all custom programming and they would like to find a Web programmer that Specializes in ASP.net, AJAX, SQL & MySQL. He emphasized this person would need to be an expert. Preferably in their local area in New York. They have about 40 to 80 hours worth of work to finish. Languages the programmer should know: • AJAX - .NET and JavaScript All languages are required and must be well versed. • MySQL – (Performance) Stored Procedures, Regular Procedures, maintenance, functions, queries complex and simple, data migration, and live auditing experience required. • Microsoft .NET (VB.NET) – Class structure building, interaction and use with mysql database, direct and indirect communication with mysql server database. Using Stored Procedures with .NET. Full knowledge of 2.0 and 3.5 edition of .NET class foundation library. • Microsoft Windows Service .NET Programming – Development of a full windows service, utilizing VB.NET technology, and must have knowledge in testing experience with windows services, in direct correlation to performance coding in memory usage and cpu usage for such service. • CSS, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, all the following languages the person must be well versed in. Not only as plain languages, but well versed that they can mix languages at a moment's notice. • Basic Layout and design concepts apply. Meaning simple design concepts of how elements fit or relate on the website. • Windows Server 2008 – IIS 7.0 configuration and deployment of web applications and other .net features. Example, virtual folder setup, application pool settings and live tweaking of such features. • Communication skills must be clear and understandable (someone who speaks English well) Testing skills and verifying of live and test sites is also a must.
