Mastery of SEO compliant CSS. 2+ year's minimum experience hand coding HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Experience working on major consumer websites. Strong conceptual thinker, with the ability to take ideas and/or mock ups and visualizes how to execute in code, with attention to detail for the design and user experience. Expertise in cross-browser compatibility issues and thorough understanding of current HTML standards and best practices, including user interaction and image optimization for the web, and knowledge of JavaScript and browser compatibility issues. High motivation and self-direction with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and make appropriate decisions. Fearless about learning and easily grasps new technologies and skills quickly and efficiently, while being passionate about Web development and technology. Ability to communicate in an open environment where constructive criticism is given and received to the betterment of the team and the product. Must be proficient in most design and Web authoring applications, and other essential Web design tools and platforms and how one change can have a ripple effect.
